Major rear additions, new carport, detached shed & covered outdoor dining
This was a single level, major renovation of the existing home. The client wanted extend to out to the backyard. The existing floor plan was re-worked to make use of every bit of space, with a new large new kitchen moved from the front for house to the rear, connecting with the rear yard, with a new dining & living that was light, bright & spacious for their growing family. With a new separate tv room, main bathroom, ensuite, larger laundry & linen. In the rear yard a new shed & covered outdoor dining area was situated to have views to the Illawarra Escarpment. With new side entrance & carport forward of the building line.
Site Constraints: Local Environmental Heritage item - a large Fig tree on adjoining site.
