Stage 1 - A new detached double garage forward of building line and new entry steps to bring about a better connection to the street & existing house.

​

Site constraints: bushfire prone land with a Bal rating of FZ (Flame zone), building near a Sydney Water Asset 

 

Authority Approvals: Wollongong City Council Development Application for:

  • detached garage, on minimal side setback and forward of building line.

  • new front entrance steps

  • internal alterations to existing house.

 

Construction Certificate: Accredited Building Certifiers 

 

Occupation Certificate for stage 1:  Accredited Building Certifiers
