A house that now flows so much better from the front door to the back. In the existing part of the home the plan was moved around so the entry and bedrooms area worked more efficiently. Site constraint:  Bushfire prone land with a Bal rating of 19, building near a Sydney Water Asset, an existing non-compliant steep driveway.
