Alterations & additions

A new rear addition that is light, bright & spacious provided space for a new kitchen, living & dining area, a separate tv room (snug) with combustion fireplace.  The existing ground level was re-planned to use every bit of space with new extended hallway to the kids bedooms, altered laundry and new main bathroom. A first floor addition provided a main bedroom, WIR, ensuite and a 5th bedroom.

Removal of asbestos cladding & all new windows, insulation, weatherboard cladding.  See the image below for the before shot.

Site constraints: bushfire prone land (BAL 29 on three elevations and BAL 19 on the eastern elevation), flood prone land
